Brian Davison is the CEO and Founder of Invictus Strategy & Solutions, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing HR consulting, talent acquisition, and workforce development services to both private industry and government contractors operating in secure, mission-critical environments.

A seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, Brian brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, organizational development, and cleared recruiting. His career spans the public and private sectors, including high-impact roles supporting federal clients such as the Department of Defense and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Brian’s journey into human resources began following his retirement from the U.S. Navy. He has since led enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives, built scalable recruiting infrastructures, and advised executive teams on aligning talent strategies with business goals. He holds a graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, where he focused on applying behavioral science to practical workforce solutions.
